Who we are

IPEAN is the alumni association of the International Politics and Economics and International Politics and Markets courses at Bologna University.

In 2020, our course was born under the unlucky star of the Covid-19 pandemic. This highly affected not only our education but also the possibility to meet and get to know fellow students. IPEAN is born as a bet, a challenge to re-create all those relationships that were never able to bloom. It is under this prospect that we want to create a long-standing community of colleagues and, most importantly, friends, able to resist the challenges that the future will pose ahead.

Networking, mentoring, job orientation
and much more.

IPEAN is a platform to foster connections among students and graduates. It does so not only through networking events,  but also by bringing at the centre the experiences of former students to help fellow graduates to successfully approach the job market or a career in academia. Lastly, we provide our community with a forum to exchange thoughts, ideas and knowledge, promoting long-standing relationships.
